I am sharing with you the first 3 pages of my sketchbook for The Sketchbook Project 2012.
All the negative thoughts are precipitated to the sea but often times it will condensed back to the brain.
Make as many pies as you can. Depends on the occasion!
Create with wild abandon! Or create without thinking.

I often fight with my mind. Sometimes it wins over me but other times I triumph over it. The 3 pages of drawings are what I am going through every now and then and how I always remind myself to stop worrying and just create.
These are all created in watercolor and just right for Paint Party Friday! PPF is a great initiative by Kristin and Eva where we submit our paintings every Friday for others to see and enjoy. I hope you all have a great weekend ahead!

Happy PPF, Three fun filled pages as well as thought provoking.
Annette, thank you very much! More to come soon for next PPF! Happy PPF too:)
Great pages!! What is your theme?
Hi, Eva:) It’s Writing on the Wall. Did you also join? What’s yours? :) Thanks a lot!
The NEGATIVE illustration is VERY powerful. I struggle so much with some of those thoughts you were brave enough to share. GREAT WORK! HAPPY PPF!
Sheri, thank you! I can say I am still struggling at it from time to time. You know how artists’ mind go.. the critic and all. But it feels great to let it all out.. painting without thinking or just expressing what you truly feel. It can lead us to freedom. :)
Love your sketchbook pages! :-)
Crystal, thank you so much for your appreciation! :)

I love your sketch book pages, and ‘stop worrying and just create!’ is something that I could use more of. Thanks for that. Happy PPF@

Giggles… what a cool name you got! Thanks so much for your words. :) Happy PPF too!
A very thoughtful entry for the Sketchbook Project 2012. And you’re not the only one, we all have a tendency to over-think everything we do. :)
Thank you. I agree and that is something that we have to slowly get over with and focus how much we can do with our creative energy.
Elisa;
I really love the Artist’s mind page! It is so true, these thoughts constantly plague us!
Hugs and blessings
