Harmony Thoughts Private Art Class Terms and Conditions

  1. Full payment must be made 2 weeks prior to the date of the class. Only cash, bank deposit or checks are accepted.
  2. The fees paid include all materials which will be used for the purpose of the class only.
  3. Each term will consist of 8 lessons with a duration of 1.5 hours for each session. It is to be completed in 90 days, inclusive of absences due to sickness, holidays and other valid reasons for absences. Any additional extension is to be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance by SMS if your child is unable to attend class due to a valid reason, and a replacement class will be scheduled. Failing to do so will forfeit the lesson.
  5. In case of mid-term withdrawal, kindly inform us via SMS or email. No balance fee shall be refunded.
  6. Enrolment may be suspended if the student is planning to be out of the country.
  7. Classes will not be scheduled on official public holidays.
  8. In the case of classes cancelled by Harmony Thoughts, a replacement lesson will be scheduled.
  9. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you consent for Harmony Thoughts to use images of you, image of the child or your child’s work to be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to website, Facebook, social media, newsletter and other publications for no fee or charge.
  10. Harmony Thoughts reserves the right to change any and all terms and conditions without prior notice.
